What is a Base Fee?
This covers the cleaning costs of the villa, including washing of all the linen upon your departure, so our next guests can enjoy the cleanliness that you experienced at Philly Villa's
Do I Get my entire villa to myself?
Yes! For example, if you have booked a 2 or 3 bedroom villa, you have that villa all to yourself!
The reason for individual room rates, is for those that have large groups, that may want to book multiple villas to cater for their entire group.
'Booking TWO x 3brm units - is 6 bedrooms booked'
Is My Villa Fully Self Contained?
Yes! You have a fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom within your villa!
(Our 3 bedrooms have two bathrooms)
Do I need my own Linen?
No! We provide all the linen, pillows, blankets and towels for each villa - Maybe it would be a great idea to bring a beach towel or picnic blanket should you wish to visit the beach!
